ADVENT OF CHANGE

Transformation has come, vibrant changes are undeniable, and it must be valued precisely.
Every individual possesses uniqueness that able to make a difference throughout the entire modern
society. We are obliged to endure development in the different aspects of human life, for it is where
we are being harness in becoming a well-rounded person.

We vividly define teachers as our mentor and innovator in the field of development of children
and young people. They are the essential foundation in illuminating learner's path and in building
evident visions. An admirable teacher portrays good qualities, both moral and ethical standards of
professionalism. Thus, the essence of teaching is converting and allowing a learner to develop and
attain the factual image of maturity.

Consequently, teacher must be flexible and see situations in considering and responding
numerous questions that talks about development. It is necessary to create positive feedbacks that
will inspire and encourage children and young people to be genuine and responsive person.
Supposing, allow them to learn from their own pace with indulgement of failures that may serve as
an avenue to achieve the sweet of success. It is clearly justified that a future must be considerate
and acquire authenticity, for they are the transparent role model. Literally, they must develop the
21st century teaching skills in order to assist learner’s needs in acquiring quality education.

Aforementioned from above, learn to enhance and practice valuing your noble profession as
teacher, so that, you would able to mold the children and young people for the betterment of this
new normal society wherein you are the so-called Modern Teacher/Facilitator. Moreover, it will make
an impact not only in the students but also, in the progress of each individual who aims to attain an
extreme development in the different human aspects. In some instances, the life of a certain teacher
will be the best guide for the students whom they always looked up to. Thus, inculcate in our mindset,
that every teacher must be of service and stand as an illustration of a "Great Teacher" with good
attitudes and values that may build change on this recent time.

REFLECTION
We are being appraise by the struggles and fears that we are facing in our life. Those
circumstances made us a strong and courageous person that able to overcome any challenges
along our path. Our teachers equipped us into a high and holistic level of development in the different
areas of learning. They play significant roles with one purpose or goal; this is to cater the diverse
learners and nurture them as a whole. Both
Consequently, a great and well- valued teacher portrays the essence of being an effective
innovator and facilitator of student's learning process. They pay attention in providing countless
opportunities that will showcase the learner’s authenticity and uniqueness as their real identity. The
ability of having a growth state of mindset will truly create an impressive success of missions. Thus,
a teacher with growth mindset will develop constantly and create a classroom with safety
environment, effective process of mentoring and has a capacity in predicting signs of troubles inside
the learning and teaching implementation. All of these stands for a worthy image of a dignified
teacher that takes care and protect the rights of the learners.
Indeed, their obligations inside the school mold them in becoming a flexible and creative
teacher in matters of allocating their time and sharing their bundles of knowledge that will transform
and change the student's perspective into a better one. Basically, they also have the privilege to
enhance their teaching skills or abilities by means of innovating new techniques, strategies, and
methods to be utilize with the application of different technological portals in facilitating diverse
learning styles of learners using the growth state of mindset. Instill in our mind, in every words and
actions that our teachers being visualize, we should learn to value and give importance for it. They
are the bearer of the light that illuminates the path heading to our goals and making it be possible
to happen.

D 1. Audacity is a free, open source, cross-platform software that is used for recording and editing
sounds. It is operating systems (OS) such as Windows, Mac, GNU/Linux.
A 2. Make Beliefs Comix is an easy and fun way to create a comics strip. You can create story
dialogue by choosing interesting characters. Adding thought balloons, you can add the lines and
make your characters converse. Also, you can add a background, panel prompts and interesting
objects to spice up the story. When you are finished with your comic strip, you can print or email it
as an image file.
B 3. EndNote makes it easy for you to organize your research work through flexible tools for
searching, organizing and sharing your work. It enables you to create your bibliography and write
your research paper. Once you mastered the unique features, you can save time to automatically
find full text and updating records.
A 4. Pixton uses a revolutionary patented technology that makes it easy to create comics-Click-n-
Drag Comics. From characters to dynamic panels, bubbles and props, they can be controlled by
dragging it. Pixton is free but it has a paid version for schools and business.
H 5. Easy Test Maker is a test generator that can help you create your own test. You can make
different test types such as multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, short answer, alternate response (i.e
true or false). Instructions can be inserted as you divide your test into several sections.
F 6. Corkboard Remember shares what is important to you. You can collaborate with others in this
tool by posting and accessing the postings. Also, you can share what you post on your Facebook
wall and get notifications as well.
H 7. Hot Potatoes is a tool that you can use to create six types of questions in an interactive quiz;
crossword, multiple-choice, short answer, gap-fill, matching/ordering and jumbled-sentence.
B 8. Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy Citation Wizard-Free is a tool that gives three
Citation Styles: APA, CSE formerly known as CBE and MLA. Since these publications formats vary
in certain details, feature specific templates for citing online Journals, Web pages with and without
authors, electronic Books and Databases are arranged according to the desired formatting style.
G 9. Free Digital Photos allows you to download royalty free photos and images and illustrations
for websites, newspaper, magazines, video and TV productions, Iphone applications, PowerPoint
presentations, forums, blogs and school work.

E 11. PollDaddy is an easy-to-use survey tool. It can create polls and surveys in a quick time.
Responses via email or website, Facebook or even twitter can be collected and generated into an
easy-to-read report. This can then be easily shared.
G 12. Public Domain Photos provides access to thousands of free photos and free cliparts. All
photos on this web site are public domain. You may use these images for any purpose, including
commercial.
F 13. Padlet is a tool that allows you to post comments on a looks like a sticky note which you can
post on a blank page (a wall). It is easy for young learners to use. You can pose a question and get
their answers to which you can provide a feedback. This is done on one page.
E 14. SurveyMonkey is a popular online survey tool. It is easy to create a survey tool (survey
questionnaires, polls, customer feedback and market research) and send it to target respondents.
You can use professional templates available in the tool.
