1. Eat a balanced and varied diet.
Eat fruit and vegetables, whole grains, plant and animal proteins and healthy fats. It is the best
way to get all the essential nutrients we need for good health and normal immune function. Serve
yourself small food portions.
2. Establish a routine. It is normal to feel anxious, sad, stressed and scared. Maintain a normal daily
routine.
3. Keep hydrated
Drink lots of water. You can add slices of lemon, cucumber, mint or berries. Other drinks such as
unsweetened coffee and tea or iced tea, or unsweetened, infused or flavoured (sparkling) water are also
good choices for hydration.
4. Practice safe food hygiene.
When you prepare or serve food…
Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap before and after preparing or eating food.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze and
remember to wash your hands after
Wash fruits and vegetables before eating them
Disinfect surfaces and objects before and after use
5. Stay active at home
Physical activity benefits both the body and mind. Healthy adults should aim for at least 30
minutes of daily physical activity and at least 1 hour for healthy kids (5-17 years).
Plan time for physical activity in your day
Take regular breaks from sitting by standing up and stretching or going for a quick walk if
permitted
Follow an online exercise class

¿Cúales son las 4 comidas de día?
Breakfast (desayuno)
Lunch (almuerzo)
Tea (merienda)
Dinner (cena)
ayudarte.
4 MEALS OF THE DAY DRINK EAT
BREAKFAST MILK AND COFFEE, TOAST, BREAD, CEREAL,
YOGHURT FRUIT
LUNCH
TEA
DINNER
Entonces, cuando contamos qué comemos y bebemos en cada una de las 4
comidas del día decimos:
I drink tea for breakfast.
I eat chicken for lunch.
I have mate for tea.
I drink red wine for dinner.
Cuando contamos qué alimentos NO comemos y que bebidas NO bebemos
usamos la palabra DON´T.
EJEMPLO: I DON´T drink soda (gaseosa)
I DON´T eat rice (arroz)
Now write about you! Ahora escribe sobre tus comidas.
Write 4 sentences for each meal. Escribe CUATRO oraciones para cada comida del día
SIGUIENDO EL EJEMPLO.
Example:
1) I eat toast for breakfast.
I don´t eat cake for breakfast.
I drink coffee for breakfast.
I don´t drink milk for breakfast.
