these roles might be responsible for.

Step 1: Complete the Table


1. Complete column one of the Roles and Responsibilities Table.
We created a list of common roles and tasks on a team to get
the ball rolling. Please edit/add and revise this list for your
team.
2. Determine whose role it is for each key task and write their
name in column 2.
3. In Column 3, add any additional comments. Comments might
include information about frequency, ideas to streamline
communication, etc.

people out. Have a conversation in advance to minimize conflicts
