How to use
Say goodbye to a quiet Social Media account and Hello to
simple and beautiful graphics that hook your audience and
keep it coming back for more.
Make sure you have a Canva account, it's FREE!
If you're using your mobile device, install the latest Canva app
version available.
Just click on the links to be automatically redirected to the
templates.
If you are not automatically redirected, right-click on the
link, copy it and paste it into your browser.
We suggest you save all the templates in a folder in Canva in
order to have a complete view of all the designs and access
them from there.
When editing, you can easily change pictures, backgrounds,
colors, fonts, texts etc!
Once you are happy with your templates, just save them in
your favorite format.
In order to download one template only, you have to click on
"download" and select the page number from the dropdown
menu.
If you are using your mobile phone do the following:
- Click on the top-right icon
- Save as
- Select the page number

License
The product you purchased is for commercial use.
You cannot sublicense, resell, or modify then resell the
templates in a way that someone can edit it too.
Any Resale, Sub-Licensing or any modification of it in a way
that is directly competitive with the original product is strictly
prohibited (e.g., Canva template).
You may not resale the products/modified products or claim
them as your own. All the designs are copyrighted, and The
Digital Media Hub owns the rights to all designs and files
(excluding any pictures) included in your purchase and
design.
Legal Action will be taken if we find any breach in our
copyright and legal terms.
What you are allowed to do:
− Use the templates for your business/brand.
− Use the templates to create content and promote your
brand on your social media, webinars,
courses, trainings, website etc.
− Modify fonts, colours, add your logo, images, copy so the
templates fit your own style
− Use the templates for multiple businesses/blogs.
− Use the templates for client work or social media
management.
What you are not
allowed to do:
− Sell, loan, or give away the templates or allow a third party
to use them in any way.
− Share the materials with third parties - whether a client or a
friend without previous written
consent obtained directly from The Digital Media Hub®.
− Include the templates in website templates, design
templates, quote templates or any other
editable product for sale or free distribution.
− Use the images to promote or sell other content and
design templates, design products, services, resources,
courses, whether free or paid in a way that is directly
competitive with the original product.
− Claim the templates, designs, copy or any of the elements
as your own.
Product not-as-described:
Such issues should be reported within 72 hours from the
date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided
proving that the purchased product is not as it is
described on the website product page. Complaints which
are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or
wishes are not honored.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and
therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange
requests based on incompatibility of our products with
some third-party software other than the one that is
specified as compatible in our website (Canva).
Requests for a refund are accepted at
customers@[Link] within the period of
1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany
this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you
are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request
does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
If you let us know the problem, we'd be happy to see how
we can support you.
Refund
As per our terms and conditions, due to the downloadable
nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on your
purchase.
However, your satisfaction is our goal! We stand behind our
products and we
want you to be satisfied so we will do everything possible to
ensure that you are happy. If for any reason
the outcome is not what you expected, please contact us and
we will do our best to resolve the issue!
As you can understand - whether or not it has been
downloaded -we cannot prevent you from downloading them
at a later date. Our terms and conditions are confirmed by
you before you make a purchase and the refund clause is
highlighted to you to ensure clarity about the refund terms.
Note that while due to regulations, buyers have the right to
return an item within 14 days of receiving it, this does not
apply to digital content, especially when it's been accessed.
For this reason, our products are not eligible for return.
As a result, if we were to stay in integrity, we cannot provide a
refund. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding
this upon purchasing any item at our site.
