The system contains dashboards that help to give pictorial representation on the status of open
tickets, closed tickets and the tickets category.

Tasks Involved:

 Designed home page for ticket submission.

 Designed dashboard page.

  Worked on JavaScript and Queries for binding dropdown controls and calendar controls
and other front-end development.

 Created modal popups using jQuery UI.
