Beginner's Hair Growth Routine Guide

This document outlines a weekly hair growth routine for beginners that includes daily scalp massages and oil treatments. The routine recommends washing hair 1-2 times per week with clarifying and growth stimulating shampoos. It also suggests using hair masks, silk bonnets, and light oils. Consistency is key, especially with weekly oil masks that help hair grow more than anything. A healthy diet with adequate protein is also important to support hair growth.

OTHER TIPS / INFORMATION:

You need to be eating enough protein everyday for healthy hair growth (hair is made of
protein). Aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day.

The most important step in this routine is the weekly scalp + hair oil mask. DO NOT SKIP
THIS!! When you use the right oils + apply the oil mask the right way, this will help your hair
grow more than anything. Stay consistent with these every single week. Here is a link to the
best oil mask I have ever tried + helped my hair grow 8+ inches. There is also a full tutorial
video on how to apply the oil mask on that link.

Make sure you are using a clarifying shampoo once a week. You need to do a scalp and hair
detox every week to help remove all the buildup on your scalp + hair. It is a very important for
hair growth. You can use this clarifying shampoo on any of your hair wash days, just use it
once a week. Here is a link to the one I recommend.
