boAt is the largest audio and wearables brand in India with over 33% market share in-ear wear category and
2.6% share in the segment of the global wearable (IDC, Q2 2022), making it the fifth-largest wearables bran
in the world just behind Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Fitbit.
Complication
It is essential for every company to find new pockets of growth and expansion outside of its core business.

Define the goals for entry into a new geography/region/category (e.g. For doing business in
