OBJECTIVES:
 To identify the important areas to prepare in the implementation of a
special program in sports and arts at Ilocos Sur National High School
 Adopt best practices of Ilocos Norte National High School in the
implementation of SPS and SPA.
 Create a training program for the different sport disciple and arts (Music
and Arts) to be implemented for the school year 2023-2024

RATIONALE AND BACKGROUND

Sports and Arts are two avenues that challenge learners’ skills, and talents and instill the
value of humility, cooperation, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Ilocos Sur National High School sports enthusiast display their skills and talent during
school-organized sporting events and are also active in participating in local and national events.
The school never fails to produce medalists in City Meet, R1AA, Palarong Pambansa and
Private sports club events.

The Ilocos Sur National High School shall utilize teachers who underwent training and
