Movement Competency Screening Guide

This document is a movement competency screen used to evaluate an athlete's movement patterns. It assesses 6 movements: squat, lunge twist, bend and pull, push up, and single leg squat. For each movement, the screener marks the primary and secondary body areas of concern observed. Scores are calculated by adding up marked areas for each movement, with higher numbers indicating more areas of concern. Based on the total score, the athlete's movement competency is classified as good, moderate, or poor.
