Firda : "Assalamualaikum"
Fachrezi : "Waalaikumsalam, please come in"
Firda: "Good morning [Link]. My name is Firda "
Fachrezi: "Good morning Firda, pleasure to meet you. Please take a sit and tell me about
yourself? "
Firda :"Thank [Link] of all, a brief introduce about my self. My name is Raisya Firda Aurelia.
I'm a fresh graduate from Airlangga University. I managed graduated with a cum laude predicate
and while studying there I was active in various campus organizations. In my last year of college,
I was actually assigned to be the head of the campus social media. so my goal is to apply for a
job here as a social media Admin"
Fachrezi : "Okay. I see you have some real experience and insight so far. so what can you give to
the company when you join at this company?"
Firda: "With my ability and creativity in understanding social media platforms, I can make the
company more famous and increase the company's reputation"
Fachrezi : "That's good . but if you make a mistake in conveying the information, are you ready
to take responsibility for the mistake?"
Firda : "Sure. so to reduce errors in submitting information I will try to be more through and do
my best at your company, sir"
Fachrezi : "what are your strengths and weaknesses?"
Firda: "My strengths are Honesty, self-motivated, patience, and Hard work. My weakness is
more talkative. My weaknesses are that luck never seems to favour me for some reason, and
intuition and hope leave me disappointed. But my strength is that my hard work beats all the luck
I'd ever need."
Fachrezi: "Do you have any question? "
Firda: "What about salary and insentive?"
Fachrezi: "a fresh graduate will earn about 4 million rupiah"
Firda: "Thats Good"
Fachrezi : "Okay thank you for your presence here, I hope you are accepted in this company"
Firda: "Thank you for your time sir,nice to meet you "
Fachrezi : "you're welcome,nice to meet you too"
