At Bonga town after wireless network optimization done
GSM network coverage and quality have met the target and the town has
excellent coverage and quality .Coverage improved 4.2% and quality by 3.3%.
Post DT of UMTS network coverage and quality have great improved after
optimization action taken. Coverage
improved by 14.7% and quality 11.1%.
LTE network coverage of the Bonga town have good improvement on post drive
test by 13.2% and quality by 11.6%.

In general Bonga town current network status is very good after optimization done.

Starting from Wednesday we done Antenna adjustment for poor
network coverage and quality area at Bonga town.
We check for improvement at pre bad network area. And there is good network
improvement but small area need additional adjustment .
Finally We plan to complete Bonga town network optimization task in the coming week .
Remark: Due to weather condition is rainy in the last week ,it affect our antenna
implementation schedule .

System parameter audit and correct abnormal configured (2G,3G &4G) for
Bonga town site
Neighbor audit and define missing neighbor (2G& 3G) for Bonga town site
Remark: From below antenna audit there is big variation between our database and on field .

Here is status update of Bonga town
We start DT today ,Due some road still not accessible. We only take drive test for
those we can access. If still there is a network complain for those inaccessible
area we will check and take action as a complain after cluster completed.
From pre DT we find below network status of the town.

We start Bonga DT today .But due to yesterday rain on town, most of the town road circled on
the below map is very difficult access by 4 wheel car and take DT task.
So it very difficult to check the whole network image of the town take optimization action.

At Limu Town customer complain 4G wireless wifi device network .
Reason: We check and find reason of the problem is due to weak 4G network coverage in the
area
Nature of the Device :Need strong and stable 4G coverage
A ction taken: physical antenna
and soft parameter adjustment

Please find KPI status and DT report of Chora town site.
Chora town Complain area( chora hospital ) served by site 244088 which is located about
4KM from the area.
Nearby site 244090 ( about 2KM) is not cover this area due to antenna height and
topography of the area.
Site 244088 data voice traffic is very high daily. And KPI of this site is not good due to
congestion during busy hour.

We work on Chora town hospital wireless network complain
Due to nearest site(244090) 3G network antenna put on 30m height (tower high is 45m) and
topography of area ,it is unable to cover hospital area of the town.
We try to cover this area by site (244088) located about 4KM away from the area and we get
better improvement as below. Still this area need additional action
to solve network problem of the area
For further improvement of data and voice problem of the area and town it is better to
Upgrade the site capacity of the town .
