Airpor: Analysis + Takeoft Weight © Landing Weight ‘The airport analysis chapter contains the computerized tabular airport analysis data for both takeoff and landing, which are explicily computed for a specific set of airport conditions. This data is to be furnished by the customer, Pertormance charts are presented in both graphical and tabular form. Examples and “chase arounds” accompany the various different types of charts to illustrate their use It is of the utmost importance thal the charts be read thoroughly and accurately especially in the case of the “chase around,” multi- variable charts. With this type of presentation, errors in reading can be cumulative, which will result in large fmal errors. If there is any doubt regarding the correct usage of any chart, refer to its example and the associated “chase around” for proper instruction. It at any time a discrepancy is found between the Flight Crew Operating Manual and the FAA I Approved Airplane Flight Manual, the data found in the AFM should be used.
