Avoid looking directly at the sun or at any bright object.
Read and write with adequate light.
Rest your eye when they get tired
Cover your eyes or use sunglasses when is windy and dusty.
Nose – gives the sense of smell
Clean your nose with clean handkerchief or tissue paper
Never use your finger in cleaning your nose
Do not blow your nose too hard
Cover your nose whenever you sneeze
Do not put any object into your nose
Skin- gives the sense of touch
Wash your skin use mild soap and water
Use sun-protection moisturizer if you spend more time outdoor
Avoid staying too long under the sun
Wear clothes that do not harm your skin.
Tongue- gives the sense of taste
Refrain from sipping very hot liquid
Brush your tongue
Do not eat too much sweet, salty, or spicy food
Ear- gives the sense of hearing
Clean your ears with bud or a clean cloth
Never put any sharp object into your ears
Avoid listening to a loud sound

1. Blindfolds
2. Object with different textures (cotton, rocks)
3. Object with different smells (flower, coffee)
4. Object with different taste (sugar, salt)
Significance: This activity allows pupils to experience how different
sense organs function in real-life situation?
Instructions:
1. Divide the class into two teams.
2. Set up stations with different objects for each team.
3. One pupil from each team will put on blindfold.
4. The blindfolded pupil will take turn using their sense organs to
identify the object at each station. And the last station is to
solve multiplication problem in the board.
5. The team that correctly identifies the most objects win.
