Rules Before Trading
(When/When Not To Trade)
1. Only Take Trades In Your Session. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
a. Asian Session: 8-11PM
b. London Session: 2-5Am
c. New York Session 8-11AM
2. Do not take trades before the news.
a. I do not take trades before the news due to market generally being manipulated (prepared) for the news
announcement.
3. I do not trade the New York Session on FOMC Days.
a. Market usually choppy/manipulated in some kind of accumulation pattern.
4. I do not take trades the day after a 3 day holiday weekend.

Mind Set:
1. 1-2 Trades a Day MAX. More time watching market does NOT equal more money.
2. Only watching 8 Pairs Total, and narrowing it down to 1-3 within the day. Watching more pairs does NOT equal more money.
3. “It looks like to should go a direction” is NOT A TRADE SETUP.
4. “If the market does this, I will do this” statements. HAVE A PLAN!
5. Your trade plan will make you money. Your ability to manage your emotions is what keeps the money in your pocket and not capitulating weeks
of positive results into the toilet.
6. I need a system that is easy to understand, duplicatable, and rules based.
