TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. Commencement Date & Duties:

You will join duties on 1 February 2024. The management will assign your duties
to you from time to time and you have to carry out the same sincerely to their
satisfaction.

2. Remuneration:

You will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000.


Your performance will be reviewed at the end of 11 months and a pay
increase, if any shall be at the discretion of the company.
Candidates absent will be deducted on a monthly basis unless otherwise
decided by the management on a case-to-case basis.
Based on our contractual evaluation, we will pay you only if 20 or more
clients are converted each month. Else, if it is less than 20 leads, we will pay
you according to the number of leads converted each month by you.

3. Working hours:

The working hours are from:

10.00 to 7.00 (IST) Monday to Friday (including lunch hour)


10.00 to 3.00 (IST) Saturday (including lunch hour)

4. Company’s interest:

It is imperative that you devote your full attention to the company and refrain
from conducting other business unless otherwise approved by the
management. You will at all times be true and faithful to the company in your
execution of duties and responsibilities. You will not draw or endorse any bill on
behalf of the company or attempt to do so far as the company may have
authorized you. You shall not disclose or divulge at any time to any persons,
firms or corporations any secret or confidential information regarding the
business of the company to which you may have access during
your employment.

5. Non-compete:

You are not allowed to run, facilitate, participate in any of the competing
businesses or activities during your course of employment.

6. Full Disclosure:

You need to disclose your involvement in any of the revenue-making activities


or businesses and obtain written approval before-hand to conduct such
activity.

7. Fidelity clause:

You are not to divulge the company’s secrets to any


interested parties for personal benefits or otherwise.

If at any time you shall be found guilty of misconduct or breach of trust


prejudicial to the company’s interest and/or inconsistent with the fulfillment of
the expressed or implied conditions of services or in willful breach or continued
neglect of the terms and conditions of employment enumerated in this letter or
of the duties from time to time assigned to you, then and in any such case, the
company may terminate your employment forthwith without any notice or
payment in lieu of notice. The decision of the company in this regards should
be final.

8. Leave:

You would be allowed a total of 12 paid leaves in a year. All medical and
emergency leaves would be deducted from this leave unless otherwise
approved by management
Paid or Emergency leave can’t be more than 3 days in consecutive unless
otherwise approved by management
All leave must be applied for at least 5 working days in advance and well
informed to your team so that the daily tasks are not hampered
Any emergency or paid leave after a long holiday would not be allowed
unless otherwise approved by management

of gross default or misconduct or breach or non-observance of any of the
