This mod is not for the faint of heart, snowflake or inexperienced player

This mod do not have the luxury of seeing Isaac's stats while in first person

Isaac may die a lot while you control him in first person, you're responsible for
keeping him alive, if he dies that's on you

Switching to third person to take a quick glance at Isaac's stats I cannot stop you
from doing, however, by doing so you'll be breaking the immersion of the first
person experience

Listen to Isaac's breathing, monitor his heart rate and sprint speed, stock up on
health and stasis packs to use as often as needed

Get Gud

Some mods do work well with this First Person Mod

Some mods outright break the intended experience of this First Person Mod

Issues of camera clipping and seeing inside Isaac's suit when performing certain
actions may arise when using other mods alongside this First Person Mod, be aware
of that

Download and install Cheat Engine from here: [Link]

Make sure that Dead Space (2008) is running

Open Cheat Engine, click on the glowing red and green computer at the top left of
Cheat Engine, select the game from the 'Applications' list and click open

Press 'CRTL+O', navigate to, choose and select Dead Space (2008) v1.0.0.222 - First
Person Mod (Update 4.2) and click open

CONTROLS:

First Person Controller Toggle - Page Up (takes 3-5 seconds before all
scripts are toggled on)

First Person Activate - Home (switch to first person)

First Person Deactivate - End (switch to third person)

FOV 5 - Key 5 or Delete (switch to FOV 5)

FOV 6 - Key 6 (switch to FOV 6)

FOV 7 - Key 7 (switch to FOV 7)

FOV 8 - Key 8 (switch to FOV 8)

FOV 9 - Key 9 (switch to FOV 9)

FOV 0 / Default - Key 0 or Page Down (switch to FOV 0)

MODIFIERS:

To access the modifiers go to Cheat Engine, highlight/select and open the following
parent scripts with the 'Right Arrow Key'

'FirstPersonController'

'FirstPerson'

'Fov'

Increase or decrease the camera position by selecting the desired modifier from the
'FirstPerson' parent script, press enter, enter your custom value and press enter
again
Increase or decrease the FOV or inventory transition rate by selecting the desired
modifier from the 'Fov' parent script, press enter, enter your custom value and
press enter again
