The declaration provides detailed geographical identifiers including the district, police station, mouza with J.L. No., and specific plot numbers with total area and area owned measurements. This specificity aids in the precise legal identification and official recognition of the land, preventing disputes and facilitating official record-keeping .

If any information provided in the mutation application is found untrue, the mutation granted to Gazi Rahaman can be canceled. This implies potential legal consequences related to false declarations in legal land documents, possibly resulting in loss of rights to land holding and further legal actions .

The declaration mentions that the mutation will be canceled if any provided information is found untrue. Furthermore, Gazi Rahaman must regularly pay land revenue and abide by all terms fixed by the State Government for the land's holding in line with West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 provisions. It shows procedural conformity to legal and revenue requirements to maintain land mutation .

The declaration form states that the plot of land owned by Gazi Rahaman is not subject to the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976, indicating it lies outside this regulatory framework and associated restrictions .

Gazi Rahaman would need to hand over possession of the land to the government if it is determined that the land has already been acquired by the State Government at any point or if he fails to apply for long-term settlement under state terms when the land is found to be vested .

The declaration form states that if the land is found to have been vested or acquired by the State Government, Gazi Rahaman must apply for long-term settlement on terms set by the State. If he fails to do so, or if the land is already acquired, he must hand over possession without any claim .

The declaration form implies that non-compliance with government conditions and requirements, such as failing to apply for long-term settlement or refusing to hand over land when required, could result in loss of legal rights to the land. The potential cancellation of land mutation due to false information presents additional legal jeopardy .

Gazi Rahaman must confirm several conditions regarding the land plot: 1) he is the absolute owner of the land either through transfer or inheritance, 2) he has been possessing the land uninterruptedly and it is free from encumbrances, 3) the land is not vested, acquired, or under any government proceedings, 4) it is not subject to the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976, 5) it is not involved in any court cases, 6) he must apply for long-term settlement if the land is found to be vested with the State, and 7) he must hand over possession to the government if acquired, 8) he will pay the government-imposed land revenue, and 9) he will abide by all government terms and conditions. Moreover, the mutation is liable to be canceled if false information is provided .

The regular payment of land revenue as required by the declaration form ensures compliance with the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, reflecting a legal obligation to financially contribute to state resources. This practice affirms the individual's claim and legal status as a landholder under current laws and prevents disputes over land rights .

The principle of ownership is established by Gazi Rahaman through a stated affirmation that he is the absolute owner via transfer or inheritance, possesses the land uninterruptedly, and that it is not subject to governmental acquisition or legal encumbrances. The affirmation is bolstered by the absence of legal challenges or government vesting mandates against the land .
