Manpower

Having enough labor does not just mean hiring people to do the work. You must first have a strategy for
managing your workforce. We need to confirm that the candidates we hire are prepared for the
situation and willing to receive training. In order to achieve the company’s goals, we will have the
appropriate number and makeup of people in the right positions at the appropriate time.

Maintain professional oversight and management of them. Observing how they behave, act, and carry
out their tasks in accordance with their roles. Give them feedback so they can work on themselves. If we
are kind to them, they will adore us and the company.

Eight Rs of HR

1. Recruiting

Communicating with the applicants, setting up interviews, and screening candidates. Company or the HR
have to make sure individuals are a good fit for the position.

2. Reviewing

This process evaluates the employee’s performance at work, clarifies strengths and weaknesses,
provides feedback, and establishes objectives for future performance.

3. Rewarding

We will show our appreciation for their hard work by rewarding them or showing our appreciation to
them. By that, they will realize that we are truly acknowledging them as an important part of the
company.

4. Retooling

Upgrading, developing stronger skills, and introducing them to new laws and rules. It all comes down to
developing a more positive corporate culture and using more flexible methods to provide better
customer service.
5. Recycling

This one pertains to employee position changes, can be called job rotation. Rotation not only helps a
person become familiar with a variety of jobs, but it also reduces boredom and enables communication
with many different people. However, rotation needs to make sense.

6. Resonating

It gives employees the freedom to be who they are, to say what is on their minds, and to have a healthy
relationship with them.

7. Retaining

We value those employees who deserve to remain with our company.

8. Routing

Directing the most effective path for the transfer of data from its source to its destination. We need
guide people to know gathering and transferring data.

Planning

Planning is the main important of the steps when creating a project. It enables us to recognize the
appropriate decisions we will make and helping us to achieve our goals.

Organizing

We will become more disciplined as a result of this process because we are adhering to the established
rules and plan. To ensure that goals are achieved, organizing entails creating an institutional framework
and allocating human resource.

Staffing

People who will work for us are needed. To complete our project and reach our objectives, we require
them. The project won't be able to succeed without them.

Directing
It is a strategy to lead, instruct, and direct them toward the objectives of the project. It motivates them
to do the work.

Controlling

Controlling like staffing, organizing, directing, and planning, it is a process that looks ahead because it
regulates each and every action for better outcomes in the future. By making the best use of resources
and keeping tabs on each and every business operation, it helps the organization achieve maximum
efficiency.
