In the expediency of public service and to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and transactions in
the barangay, you are hereby designated as the Officer-In-Charge during the 3-day activity for us to attend the
seminar entitled BARANGAY PLANNING AND BUDGETING at Crown Legacy Hotel, Baguio City.

During the said period, you are mandated to monitor the smooth discharge of functions and operations
of the barangay subject to the limitations imposed under Local Government Code of 1991 particularly the
power to appoint, suspend or dismiss employees.

This memorandum is hereby declared official and made of record.
