Project management is critical to your business success. In fact, according to a survey, almost 60% of
senior executives responded that developing strong projects in their business and make it top priority for
their organizations as they look to the future. Therefore, being business students you also must have
capability at what stage we need to start a new project for a business to develop the business growth and
development.

Based on above information, you need to search a company and also identify what type of project can
be started to enhance the business in future. Moreover, you need to present proper planning of that
project so the next step can be turned into implementation of this project.

A complete project report must be prepared on the following particulars:

 Company Profile
 Recommended Project
 Project Planning (Project objectives, scope, deliverables, millstones etc.)
 Risk Assessment
