Dear Mr. Mcneil:

I am writing to formally notify you of my resignation as a staff of PBA Mindanao Technical Institute, Inc.
There was recently offered a new opportunity that is offering better compensation and also near to my
family.

Although I have greatly valued the opportunity to work with you, unfortunately, this is an opportunity I
cannot turn down. I would be doing myself and my family a disservice to turn down this opportunity.

My last day of work will be in 18th day of December 2023.

My years at PBA-MTI and PBAR-ALC have been some of the best of my life. I will miss my job and the
incredible people I have the pleasure of working with throughout the years.

I cannot thank you enough for all the opportunities and experiences you have provided me during my
time with the institution.

I do hope you understand my situation to take on this new opportunity. Please accept my sincere thanks
for all that you have done for me during my time working for you. I would be more than happy to assist
in the transition period and welcome any questions you may have as you look for a replacement.
