Pursuant to Deped Order 40, series 2012, you are hereby designated to be members of the
school Child Protection Committee effective immediately, whose duties and functions are as
follows:

1. Prepare an annual plan of activities pertaining to child protection;


2. Lead in the implementation of various planned activities related to CPC;
3. Conduct information disseminations to parents and stakeholders regarding CPC;
4. Immerse himself/herself on the various policies and mechanisms in the
implementation of the program;
5. Prepare accomplishment report on the activities conducted;
6. Attend seminars/training on CPC; and
7. Other related tasks
