see to the right.

Please note that you are not yet enrolled in


the RNI.

To enroll in Non-residents Records Database (RNI) and receive your Citizen Service Number
(BSN), ensure you follow these steps:
1. If you do not have an appointment yet at an RNI municipality, make an
appointment at one of the 19 RNI municipalities. You can find the locations of the
19 RNI municipalities at [Link]/non-residents-records-
database/contacting-rni-desk.
2. Go to the RNI municipality where you have an appointment and bring your valid
identification.
3. Show the QR code on this form to the employee at the RNI municipality. You can
print it or show it on the screen of your phone.

This QR code contains the information you have entered and verified via rni-
[Link]. The data in the QR code is secure. Only the employee of the RNI
municipality can see it and uses it only for the registration in the RNI.
