So , Basically This PPT And The Project Is Being Made To Show How
Without Pollution
A Smart City Can Be Perfectly Run And Also How Cost Effective It Can Be !
Our Main Aim On Working On This Project Is To Aware People Of
Technology And Somewhat Resources That Are Used In This Modern
World …
Also Addressing The Pollution Issue of Delhi That Is :
[Link] Quality Index (AQI): Delhi frequently experiences high levels of
particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) and other pollutants, leading to an
alarming AQI. During winter, the AQI often reaches hazardous levels, posing
significant health risks.
[Link] Emissions: The high density of vehicles on Delhi's roads
contributes significantly major sources of pollutants.
3Industrial Pollution: Delhi's proximity to industrial areas results in emissions
of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2). Despite
efforts to regulate industries, pollution from these sources remains a
concern.
We have Worked On This Project To Ensure That Such Decisions Are Properly
Looked On And We Have Also Tried To Take A Stop Initiative In Reducing Pollution ..
We Can’t Do It Alone But Together We Can We Will …
Regional Cooperation: Addressing the issue of crop burning requires coordinated
efforts with neighboring states.
Public Awareness: Increasing awareness among the public about the impact of
individual actions on air quality.
Infrastructure Development: Enhancing public transportation, cycling
infrastructure, and green spaces to reduce reliance on personal vehicles.
In This Project, We Have Worked To Involve More Benficial
And Technical Technologies From Which People Are Not
Generally Aware From or Simply They Ignore Saying That No
Its Not The Time To Implement Such Decisions Like In This
Modern World We Can See Almost 5 Of Every 10 People Say
That No, This iS Not The Right Way Of Using Evs Just Because
They Charge At Home And Believe That They Mav Not Be
Trustable If Their Battery Gets to 0 in Way To Their
Destinations … So We Have Made EVs To Show HOW They
work And How Trustable They Are …
Other things That We Have Included In Our City IS The Windmill
Which Would Help To Cope Up The Needs Of Eletricity In Case Of No
Charge In Solar Panel >> Like You can Say In Situations Such As
When there Is Ahm Cloudy / rainy Weather .. Like For Better
Understanding We Can Say That :
Windmills are machines that harness the power of the wind to
generate energy or perform mechanical work. Traditional
windmills have been used for centuries to grind grain, pump
water, and perform other tasks. In the context of renewable
energy, modern windmills, or wind turbines, are used to generate
electricity. These turbines typically consist of large blades
connected to a rotor that turns a generator, converting the kinetic
energy of the wind into electrical energy. Wind energy is
considered a clean and sustainable source of power, contributing
to efforts to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and combat climate
change. However, the efficiency and impact of wind energy can
vary depending on factors such as location, wind speed, and
technological advancements.
Other Technology We Used Is An Addition To Windmill That Is Hydroenergy :
Hydroenergy, also known as hydropower, is a form of renewable energy that harnesses
the energy of moving water to generate electricity. This is typically achieved by
constructing dams or other water infrastructure to create a controlled flow of water.
The force of the flowing water is then used to turn turbines connected to generators,
converting the kinetic energy into electrical energy.
Hydroelectric power is one of the oldest and most widely used sources of renewable
energy, providing a consistent and reliable source of electricity. It is considered
environmentally friendly compared to fossil fuels, as it produces minimal greenhouse
gas emissions during electricity generation. Additionally, hydroelectric plants can serve
various purposes beyond electricity generation, such as flood control, irrigation, and
water supply.
While hydroenergy has several advantages, there are also environmental
considerations, such as the impact on local ecosystems and the displacement of
communities due to dam construction. Innovations in technology, such as fish-friendly
turbine designs and improved environmental impact assessments, aim to address these
concerns and make hydroenergy a more sustainable option.
Rainwater harvesting is a method of collecting and storing rainwater for later use. The process involves
capturing rainwater from surfaces like roofs, and then directing it to storage containers or the ground for
recharge. This collected rainwater can be utilized for various purposes, including irrigation, watering plants,
flushing toilets, and even for domestic use if properly treated.
Key components of rainwater harvesting systems typically include catchment surfaces (such as rooftops),
gutters and downspouts to channel water, a filtration system to remove debris, and storage tanks or
underground reservoirs. By harvesting rainwater, communities and individuals can reduce their dependence on
traditional water sources, especially in areas facing water scarcity or unreliable water supply.
Rainwater harvesting promotes sustainability by conserving water resources and reducing the strain on
municipal water supplies. It also helps in preventing soil erosion and mitigating the impact of stormwater
runoff, which can contribute to flooding and water pollution.
This practice is particularly relevant in regions where rainfall is abundant but unevenly distributed throughout
the year. However, successful rainwater harvesting requires proper planning, maintenance, and consideration
of local regulations and conditions.
