Introduction
I refer to you with the proposal for the arrangement of the event on the Youth Day and
Independence Day in Saleem Campus.

Background
Students are getting bored of the routine workload, classes and the stuff therefore we
are planning to arrange an event on Youth and Independence Day in Saleem Campus. We have
arranged similar events before in this campus as well.

Feasibility/Benefits
After this event the dull routine of the students will be changed and they will get a
chance of indulging themselves in various activities.
 A chance to show the talent.
 A chance to express the patriotic feelings for their beloved country.
 And it will also provide entertainment to the audience.

Procedure/Description
The availability of auditorium will be considered while planning the event. The
availability of the Guest of Honor is also considered.

Sound System 10,000 Rs

Schedule
The following schedule is proposed for the event:

Qualification
 I have been serving as the coordinator since August 2015
 I had been associated with GCUF as visiting faculty in distance learning program since
May 2014 to November 2016
 I had worked as visiting faculty in regular session for 1 semester in GCUF
 I also had been a Teaching Assistant on contractual basis for 6 months
