2. PROMISSORY NOTE:
What is a Promissory Note?
A promissory note can be defined as a financial instrument that contains a written
promise by one party (the note's maker or issuer) to pay the other party (the note's
payee or order) a definite sum of money, either on demand or at a specified future
date or payable by instalments or payable at sight etc.
A promissory note typically contains all the terms relating to the indebtedness, such
as the principal amount, the interest rate, the date of maturity, date and place of
issuance and the issuer's signature.

4. ACCOUNTABLE RECEIPT
Accountable Receipt is a written acknowledgement of the receipt of money,
documents or goods to be accounted for by the receiver. It is therefore a receipt in
which a person admits that goods, money or documents were delivered to the person
and that the person is obliged to deliver all or part of the goods, money or documents

5. DECLARATION
A declaration is an official announcement or statement often written. It is an
authoritative establishment of facts. Such a document may be asked for or executed
in conveyancing matters, the intention being to make up any lacuna in title or to put
certain facts on record or to create evidence or alternatively to confirm certain events
or facts. Declaration is an act to regularise and to impel or establish as far as possible,
the title free from incertitude.
Example: a) If a will is not probated but it is proposed to be acted upon, then a
declaration can be obtained from a witness as to the execution of a Will.
