AFFIDAVIT

I, Kailash Kaur wife of Narender Singh resident of # 71C, Aerovista

Riverdale, Near G Block Aerocity, Dayalpur, Tehsil Zirakpur, Dist. SAS Nagar,

Mohali, do hereby solemnly affirm and declared as under:-

1. That I am permanent resident of the above said address.

2. That I am having agricultural land measuring 4 Bighe, 3 Biswe, 6 2/3

Biswasi at Village Devinagar, Tehsil, Banur , District SAS Nagar along

with equal share with my husband narender Singh son of Sh. Daulat

Singh, share 250/1041 out of total land measuring 17 Bigha 7 Biswasi

in Khewat No. 38/64 and 46/75 and 76 Kitte 9 as per Jamabandi for

the year 2020-21.

3. That my husband Narender Singh is applying for electricity connection

for the farm house constructed therein. I have no objection in case he

obtained the electricity connection from the PAPCL.

I, Sapna Rani aged about 21 years wife of Sandip Singh daughter of

Balwinder Singh resident of ward no. 12, Bajwa Colony, Banur Tehsil Banur,

District SAS Nagar Mohali presently residing at Village Hulka PO Manakpur,

Tehsil Banur, Dist. SAS Nagar, Mohali, do hereby solemnly affirm and

declared as under:-

1. That I belong to ‘Bajigar’ Caste that is declared as Schedule Caste

category by the Govt. of Punjab.

2. That I have solemnized marriage on dated 09.11.2018 with Sandip

Singh aged about 30 years son of Mehar Singh resident of Village

Hulka PO Manakpur, Tehsil Banur, Dist. SAS Nagar, Mohali who belong

to ‘Jat Sikh’ caste.

3. That I have solemnized inter caste marriage with my own consent.

4. That my Date of Birth is 18.01.1999.

5. That under this scheme we have not taken any benefit from any

department earlier.

6. That the grant which is given by the government regarding inter caste

marriage that I want to take.

AFFIDAVIT

I, Ambika wife of Sh. Sandeep Munjal resident of # 592-A, Sector-32,

Chandigarh, do hereby solemnly affirm and declared as under:-

1. That the deponent has purchased Motorcycle Enfield classic 350, Eng

no. U3S5COEL583885, Chasis no. ME3U355CIEL583885, Regd No.

CH01BH1202. The above said M/cycle was got finance from IndusInd

Bank Ltd with loan no. PCE03939H. I have been paid the above said

loan and also got NOC along with Notice of termination of an

agreement of Hire Purchase/lease/hypothecation vide Hologram no.

NCC483077 REF NO. 5417650 DATED 27/07/2016.

2. That due to my personal problem the above said NOC I could not able

to submit to the RTO, Chandigarh for clearance of RC Book. In the

mean time the above said NOC issued by the IndusInd Bank Ltd. Has

been misplaced somewhere.

3. That now I am applying for issuance of fresh NOC to the IndusInd

Bank Ltd.
