Performance Task Scenario
With the opening of sports and recreational places, comes the risks associated with improper exercise. In
2021, the National Safety Council reports 3.2 million people were treated in emergency departments for injuries
involving sports and recreational equipment ([Link], 2022). This is why information on the proper
workout to follow for each muscle group, as well as the repetitions and resting time required, is important.
You are part of a group of sports scientists, physical therapists and medical practitioners specifically hired to
help sports athletes and enthusiasts achieve the best outcome for engaging the muscles in the safest and most
efficient way.

Goal To make a five to six-minute fitness video of your chosen muscle groups
indicating the specific muscle and bone components associated with the
exercise and the type of action they do.

group, out of the following: chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders, abs,
