PR for LT Panels LT Panels

1 All the LT Panels shall have Top Cable Entry. Vendor shall note down the Same.
2 Separate Marshalling Cabinet shall be provided in all the LT Panels for Automation Interface Purpose. All the TB’s present in Marshalling Cabinet shall be suitable for
Termination of minimum 1.5 mm2 Control Cable Size.
3 20% Spare TB's shall be considered in each Marshalling Cabinet present in all the LT Panels.
4 Interrogation Voltage for all the DO’s shall be 24 V DC. Vendor shall consider necessary Interposing Relays in all the LT Panels as per requirement.
Blower VFD Panel – 5 MLD STP & 4 MLD STP
a) Each Panel shall have 2 Nos. of Digital Panel Indicator for displaying Vibration measurement. Each Panel Indicator shall have provision to receive 4 – 20 mA Signal
5 from Vibration Sensor present in the Blower Motor.
b) Panel Indicator shall have NO + NC Contact to trip the Blower in case of excessive Vibration measurement. Same shall be taken care in VFD Control Circuit.
c) Panel Indicator be provided with 4 – 20 mA output for Interfacing with Purchaser’s PLC.
d) Vendor shall consider 12 Channel Temperature Scanner with Modbus Communication Port in all the Blower VFD Panels.
6 Vendor shall consider 12 Channel Temperature Scanner with Modbus Communication Port in all the ISPS VFD Panels – 9 MLD ISPS & 15 MLD ISPS as optional Cost.
7 All the LT Panels shall be provided with Multi-Function Meter. MFM shall have RS 485 Communication Port with Inbuilt Repeater.
The Following Feeders in both 5 MLD STP & 4 MLD STP LT Panels shall be provided with PTC Thermistor Protection Relay.
a) RAS Pumps – 3 Nos.
8 b) Dosing Tank Filling Pump – 2 Nos.
c) Centrifuge Feed Pump – 2 Nos.
d) Belt Conveyor – 1 No.
e) Air Compressor – 1 No.
9 APFC Relay shall be provided with Modbus Communication Port.
10 Typical I/O’s for each ACB / MCCB – Close Feedback, Open Feedback, Remote Feedback, Fault Feedback, Close Command, Open Command shall be provided.
11 Typical I/O’s for each Motor Feeder – Run Feedback, Remote Feedback, Fault Feedback, E Stop Pressed Feedback, Start Command, Stop Command, Speed Feedback
(VFD), Speed Command (VFD) shall be provided.
12 In all the LT Panels for Motor Feeder, Vendor shall provide 4 Way Selector Switch including Off Position (Local / Field / Remote). Vendor shall note down the same.
The following MCCB’s shall be Motorized and shall be provided with necessary I/O’ for interface with Purchaser’s PLC.
a) APFC Panel 1 Incomer
b) APFC Panel 2 Incomer
c) TSPS MCC Incomer
d) RAS MCC Incomer
e) Chlorination MCC Incomer

k) Centrifuge MCC Outgoing to Auto Poly Dosing Tank 1 Panel
l) Centrifuge MCC Outgoing to Auto Poly Dosing Tank 2 Panel
Vendor shall provide Typical Power and Control Circuit drawing for the following Types of Breakers / Starters in Pre Order Stage.
a) ACB
14 b) MCCB, MPCB
c) DOL Starter
d) Star – Delta Starter
e) VFD Starter
15 Pls consider Dual Feeders for each UPS Panel.
16 Vendor shall provide Options for Automatic Plant Operation of Critical Loads with DG only when there is no BESCOM Supply.
