3. Leave aside fried foods and meat with apparent fat and bet
daily on a small portion of almonds, unsalted chestnuts, walnuts,
olive oil, sesame, pumpkin and sun ower seeds, which have
essential fats and antioxidant nutrients such as selenium, copper ,
zinc and vitamin E, which reduce in ammation and
improve detoxi cation.
4. Replace what is possible with organically grown foods,
minimizing exposure to pesticides, herbicides, hormones and

6. Increase your consumption of sh rich in omega-3, such as
cod, arapaima, mackerel, wild salmon, fresh tuna and sardines.
To complement the diet, include free-range eggs, oilseeds (nuts
and nuts), oats, linseed, chia, beans, brown rice, quinoa, sweet
potatoes, baroa potatoes, cassava, lentils, chickpeas and ke r.
