REPOSSESSION LETTER

I, MS. ______________ of my own free will and without any coercion, state as under: -
1. I had taken on Thirty-Six (36) months Leave and License, Flat No. 501, New Virendra,
Khar Danda Road, Khar West,; Mumbai – 400052, from MR. SURESH SAJNANI & MR.
NANIK SAJNANI for use as my temporary residence in Mumbai.
2. I do not need the said Flat any longer.
3. I have removed all my belongings from the said flat and have left nothing behind to
which I can lay any claim.
4. I have now voluntarily and peacefully handed over the vacant possession of the said flat
to the owner MR. SURESH SAJNANI & MR. NANIK SAJNANI and hereafter I have no
right, title or interest of whatsoever nature in the said flat.
5. This repossession letter comes into force after the Lapse of one-month notice period for
termination of the agreement given in writing.
6. I have received back the refundable security amount of Rs 100,000 (Rupees One Lac
Only) from the Licensors in full and have no claims towards the said Flat.

I, herein confirm the statement made above in presence of those present here.
