Speaker Deacon Farai Chinyama Deacon Farai Chinyama holds an LLBs degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a practising Legal Practitioner Notary Public and Conveyancer. He has risen through the ranks of ZAOGA FIF Church Leadership, being a Deacon for two years and an Elder for the past 19 years. His experience in leadership was gained through working with rural Assemblies before moving into urban Assemblies. Elder Sithole has been a successful Youth Chairperson for four consecutive years and has been a Youth Advisor since 2001. He is a leader who believes in the person of the leader more than the people being led. Elder Sithole has travelled to many Districts and Provinces around Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia teaching at Leadership Conferences, Youth Conferences, Church Conferences, Fundraising Programs and Seminars.
