Our focus for today will be on Hazardous Symbols. Lets take a look at what this means.

Hazardous symbols or pictograms alert us to the presence of a hazardous chemical. The


pictograms help us to know that the chemicals we are using might cause harm to people or
the environment. The GB CLP(Great Britain classifying, labeling and packaging.) hazard
pictograms appear in the shape of a diamond with a distinctive red border and white
background. One or more pictograms might appear on the labeling of a single chemical.

very important. It helps to keep us and the environment safe.
