Abstract submission guidelines:
• Go to the CMT submission site

and register as an author. Ifyou already have a CMT
account, enter your credentials to access the site at login;
else, register yourself.
• Once logged in, you will be brought to the "Author
Console." Click on the "+ Create new submission" button.
And choose your specific TRACK (e.g., Hydrogen
Generation or production, Transportation, Storage, and
Uses).

• The 'Create New Submission' page appears. Required fields are marked with an <*> asterisk on this
page. Click the Submit or Cancel button to create or cancel a new submission. All required sections
are further explained below.
Title and Abstract:
o You need to enter your abstract title and Abstract in the required fields. Note that the word limit
for the Abstract is 250-500 words.
Authors:
o The Author section is pre-populated with your profile information, and you are preselected as
the Primary Contact. To add a co-author, enter the co-author's email address into the field (in
yellowbelow) and click add. If the co-author is not a CMT user, you must add a new user by
entering the co-author information below and clicking the Add button.

o Once added, the co-author's profile will appear in the list. You may change the Primary Contact
to the co-author by clicking the Primary Contact radio button in the co-author's row. The 'X' and
'arrow'icons on the end of the rows are there, so you may delete the entry and/or move it up in the
hierarchy.
Files:
o To upload a file for your paper, drag and drop the file into the dotted region or click the
"Upload from Computer" button. Please note you may upload files in WORD format (doc,
docx) with a sizenot exceeding 5MB. Uploaded files will not be saved unless the Submit button
at the bottom of the form is clicked.
Additional Questions:
o Keywords: Enter a maximum of 5 keywords in alphabetical order
o The rest is self-explanatory, Enter Title, Name and contact number and Click on I Agree and
finally, Submit
