opportunity like this is best if it’s not wasted. Hello! I am Fayeedris Nahyan M. Barilla, the future
Production Manager of SJTC Manufacturing Inc.

: I graduated at Western Mindanao State University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineering. I am currently taking up my Masters in Manufacturing Engineering at Adamson University to
solidify my foundation in manufacturing and production management principles. My academic journey
reflects my commitment to understanding and mastering the intricacies of this field.

: Taking up these courses has allowed me to delve into subjects such as: Quality Management System;
Industrial Organization and Management; Work, Study and Measurement; Operation Management; and
Supply Chain Management. These subjects gave me an in-depth knowledge of production strategies,
quality control, and inventory management.
