The module aims to develop a growth mindset and entrepreneurial thinking, empower students to be changemakers by creating sustainable impacts, and train them to become innovation catalysts for positive change.
'Who Owns the Ice House' serves as a tool for promoting self and collective reflection, offering life lessons and insights into entrepreneurial thinking, which are integral to the curriculum's objective of developing an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
The module cultivates an entrepreneurial mindset by introducing fundamental skills applicable across various disciplines, enabling students to explore the art of entrepreneurship. This includes providing the foundational knowledge of entrepreneurial thinking and mindset applicable to diverse professional and personal contexts.
The course uses individual learning assessments like the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) to help students discover their entrepreneurial profiles and develop requisite skills. This assessment encourages self-reflection and personal growth as part of the experiential learning process.
Including global entrepreneur stories, particularly those from Morocco, offers diverse perspectives and cultural contexts, enriching the learning experience by showing practical examples of entrepreneurship's universal principles and challenges, thus broadening students' understanding and adaptability.
