of not less than two consecutive days, after continued five ﺗﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺪﺓ ﻻ ﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﺛﻤﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺃﺳﺎﺑﻴﻊ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺗﻔﻖ

unless the employee`s services have been transferred to
another employer, and if the employee has left the work in
violation of the labor law he shall be deported, in
accordance with the procedures adopted by the Ministry.

perform his duties loyally and honestly as per the ﻭﺃﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺬﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺄﺩﻳﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻃﺒﻘﺎ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺤﺪﺩ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻭﻃﺒﻘﺎ

[Link] is not permitted for the second party to compete with ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨﺎﻓﺲ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻙ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻳﻨﺎﻓﺴﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ.14
the first party or to participate in work that competes against ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻁ ﻣﻘﻴﺪﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﻧﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺪﺭ،ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ

is tied by the time, place, and kind of work to the extent
necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the first
party.
[Link] second party shall maintain the confidentiality of any ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺮﻳﺔ ﺃﻳﺔ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻭ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺗﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻋﻠﻤﻪ.15

after its termination, and shall not disclose, reveal, or . ﺗﻄﺒﻖ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺍﻧﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻻﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻄﻨﺔ
communicate any information relating to this contract to any
other person or entity, and in case of violation the laws and
regulations in force in the Sultanate shall apply.

Classification of State Documents and Governing Protected ﻳﻘﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﺑﺈﻃﺎﻟﻌﻬﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺗﺼﻨﻴﻒ ﻭﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﺔ ﻭﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻤﻴﺔ.16

ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺃﻱ ﻧﺰﺍﻉ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻃﺮﺍﻑ ﺑﺸﺄﻥ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﺍﻹﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ.18
such dispute shall be settled cordially at the concerned
ﻓﺎﻧﻪ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺬﺭ ﺫﻟﻚ، ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺴﻮﻳﺘﻪ ﻭﺩﻳﺎ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺋﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﺓ

without being endorsed by the ministry, provided that they
