Comes now the Defendant in custody and by Counsel, Ryan Bower, and the State of Indiana
by

Prosecutor, Tara Hunt on this 25'" day of October 2023 in the Washington Circuit Court. The plea agreement

having been entered and the Court having advised the defendant of her rights and factual basis having been

established, the Court, after having taken the defendant's guilty plea under advisement, and having

communicated with the parties, now enters a finding of guilt of said charge. The defendant moved to

withdraw her plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to:
