♦ Python is a popular programming language. It was created by Guido van
Rossum and released in 1991.

INTRODUCTION TO MySQL
♦ MySQL is released under an open-source license. So you have nothing to
pay to use it.
♦ MySQL is a very powerful program in its own right. It handles a large subset
of the functionality of the most expensive and powerful database packages.
♦ MySQL uses a standard form of the well-known SQL data language.
♦ MySQL works on many operating systems and with many languages
including PHP, PERL, C, C++, JAVA, etc.
♦ MySQL works very quickly and works well even with large data sets.
♦ MySQL is very friendly to PHP, the most appreciated language for web
development.
♦ MySQL supports large databases, up to 50 million rows or more in a table.
The default file size limit for a table is 4GB, but you can increase this (if your
operating system can handle it) to a theoretical limit of 8 million terabytes
(TB).
♦ MySQL is customizable. The open-source GPL license allows programmers
to modify the MySQL software to fit their own specific environments.
♦ MySQL is popular for a reason. It's an accessible database management
system, and one that has been improved and iterated to improve its ability
to manage modern problems. That said, MySQL does lock functionality
behind paid versions of the DBMS. For those who need something beyond
the core functionality, MariaDB may be a better option.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
♦ Basically this software is a user friendly which can be used by both admin
and the customers. This software is used to update the electronic items list,
the list of workers working in this shop and the list of customers of
this shop. For administrative works such as entry of various list there is a
password . And for other activities such as viewing of list there is no
password. So this software is a admin as well as customer friendly software.
The objective of this project is to let the students apply the
programmingknowledge into a real- world situation/problem and exposed the stu
dents how programming skills helps in developing a good software.

EXISTING SYSTEM:
There is always a need of advanced system that performs all human works
in seconds in computer and can be very much useful. Now a days the electronic
systems are not that much advance and our system will help people to reduce
there work. This system reduces the manual work required and stores data so
that we can easily fetch out the data.
EXISTING SYSTEMS DISADVANTAGES:
♦ This process is time consuming .
♦ Data is not stored properly.
♦ Human errors can happen.
♦ Can not fetch out data properly and quickly.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Today one cannot afford to rely on the fallible human beings of be really
wants to stand against today’s merciless competition where not to wise saying
“to err is human” no longer valid, it’s outdated to rationalize your mistake. So, to
keep pace with time, to bring about the best result without malfunctioning and
greater efficiency so to replace the unending heaps of flies with a much
sophisticated hard disk of the computer . One has to use the data management
software. Software has been an ascent in atomization various organisations. Many
software products working are now in markets, which have helped in making the
organizations work easier and efficiently . Data management initially had to
maintain a lot of ledgers and a lot of paper work has to be done but now software
product on this organization has made their work faster and easier. Now only this
software has to be loaded on the computer and work can be done . This prevents
a lot of time and money. The work becomes fully automated and any
information regarding the organization can be obtained by
buttons. Moreover, now it’s an age of computers of and automating such an
organization gives the better look.
