MSCP ASSIGNMENT

ENT HMOO SAN HND-42

Introduction
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is an online first-person shooter with a big fan base and presence in the esports
sector. The game needs rapid response times, pixel-perfect marksmanship, and a large map awareness where
players must employ smart maneuvers and effective team communication. This is most likely why the game is
well-suited for broadcasting professional matches and tournaments and has amassed such a large and devoted
fan [Link] I intend to do the project which will collect those computers and laptops and then I will do
the project to repair and reuse those things.

Aims
Recycling the gamer's wrecked weaponry with the cost of building the online intelligent account. Every year,
gamers reduce the number of firearms from 50% to under 30%. The number of recycled devices is between
1.12 million to 2.12 million PCs and laptops. Keeping usable materials out of landfills and minimizing, reusing,
and recycling rubbish all contribute to landfill space conservation. It conserves energy, reduces air and water
pollution, reduces glasshouse gas emissions, and safeguards natural resources.

Objective
Collecting items damaged by failing players and selling them through a promotional website. This website also
has a board where you can buy clever game PCs and laptops. Use that money to recycle the gadgets.

Scope Management Plan

The scope of a project is the job's boundaries. The project scope management strategy is critical. If we
fail to complete the project scope management strategy, project scope creep will occur. The repercussions of
these would have an impact on the entire project. The project might fail. As a result, developing the project
scope management strategy is critical. Plan scope management, gather requirements, define scope, verify
scope, and control scope are the steps. Use the best project scope management to efficiently arrange and track
our goals. I'm hoping that creating a scope management plan would aid in the effective planning of my project.

Project Quality Management

Identifying the knowledge domain of project quality management may be difficult. The project team must
create favorable relationships with important stakeholders, particularly the project's major customer, in order
to understand what quality means to them. After all, the client ultimately decides whether the quality is
acceptable. Many technological endeavors fail because the project team is exclusively concerned with
complying to written requirements for the core commodities being made, completely ignoring the requests and
expectations of other stakeholders. ISO defines quality as "the entirety of an entity's attributes bearing on its
potential to satisfy explicit or inferred needs" or "the extent to which a set of intrinsic characteristics satisfies
standards."

Example Project Quality Management

Project quality is the most important factor that the management must take into account since, if the manager
is unable to maintain the project's quality, problems may arise with the project's completion.(As a project
manager of collecting devices from game failure), hence I'll weigh the available resources and time constraints
before deciding what's best for the(project)

Communication
Project communication is the most crucial component. Regular contact with the project's stakeholders
must be maintained by the project manager. The project manager established a plan for communicating with
the company's stakeholders. As a manager of Mobile Legend, I will keep continuous connections with the
stakeholders as well as the general people associated with the project. The manager should take into
consideration those who are related to the project and can affect its completion.

Risk and Resource

Every business undertaking involves risks and resources. The project also has certain issues, hazards, and
resources. The project's hazards include a lack of time, money, volunteers, and important national political
conditions. And the project's resources are skilled labor, the project manager's experience, adequate
investment,

and the positive attitudes of the organization's management, so as a manager of Counter Strike Offering, I can
assure you that the project will be completed on time because the project has more resources than the risks
at hand.

Qualitative and Quantitative Research

As a project manager, I will choose the best way of study to locate and assess the appropriate market for this
Recycling Device. I have opted to employ quantitative and qualitative research methodologies as part of the
project. As a result, the following study on the Recycling Device is provided.

Quantitative Research
Many methods of quantitative research can be used, including observation, surveys, questionnaires, focus
groups, and so on. So, to do a quantitative study for Unique based on Recycling PCs and laptop.I used the
survey approach for his assignment. So he created a survey questionnaire using the Like scale and 500
respondents.

Surveys Question Strongly Agree Neutral Disagree Strongly

Agree 1 2 3 4 Disagree

This program will help the company's
image.
Customers' patronage will increase as a
result of this.
The environmental program has a
significant impact on the environment.
The program will receive a massive
response from the general public.
The organization will be regarded as
socially responsible.

Qualitative Research
Qualitative research is used to get knowledge about consumers and individuals. A good qualitative study helps
the project manager understand what the firm's consumers think about the company. In the next part, a project
manager, Ko Ko has set certain questions for students and nonstudents of the firm to answer.

1. Will the Recycling PCs and Laptop initiative help the company's market?

2. Do you believe the Recycling PCs and Laptop is a socially responsible program?

3. Do you believe the initiative will benefit all Unique Developers, personnel, and Technion?

4. Can the corporation market itself via the Recycling Device program?

5. Does the Recycling PCs and Laptop program match societal expectations?
Analysis of quantitative research on Recycling
PCs and Laptop
The above-mentioned quantitative and qualitative research has been assessed using appropriate
methodologies, and the research results are provided below.

This program will be promoting the company.

This will increase the patronage of customer
The environmental program has a great influence on the environment

The program will get a huge response from general people

The company will be thought as socially response

Analysis of qualitative research of Counter

Strike Offering
As a researcher, when I asked the first responder about the quality of the Recycling Device program and its
benefits, the respondent responded positively, saying that the program is excellent for everyone and that the
company will receive particular attention from consumers who value education. I inquired about his level of
pleasure. The responder stated that the festival's outcome satisfied him but fell short of his expectations. As a
result, the respondent's overall impression of the gadget project was positive.

Respondent 2
The second responder was dissatisfied with the conclusion of the Account selling program because he believed
it was incompatible with the recycling equipment. When I questioned the needs and what further needed to
be done, the reply stated that the organization has another device. Furthermore, the respondent's overall
opinion of the Recycling Device program was favorable.

Respondent 3
When questioned about the possibility of the Recycling Device to attract customers' attention for Unique, the
third respondent stated that the firm will be able to get promoted. They believe that this organization is socially
responsible and that the Recycling Device will assist the University in developing its field. The respondent then
stated that the program is beneficial to all employees and that he will recommend another device by this
Unique because it is socially responsible and does better things for the recycling device to play games.

Respondent 4
The fourth respondent was a formal Technician. When I questioned her about her opinion, she stated that this
Unique is appropriate for developer learners who wish to use their own innovation, and she informed her
friends and relatives about the gadget trends of this Unique in order to urge staff learners to attend this
workshop. Because it is socially responsible and takes the effort to create a sustainable environment and
creative learning environment beneficial to all developing learners. As a result, the respondent's overall opinion
was good.

Respondent 5
The final response was a programmer. When I asked the respondent about the efficiency of the gadget held at
Unique, he said that this activity is highly ideal for gamers and that they have been kept in contact as a result.
And the respondent's overall assessment of the Recycling Device activity at Unique was favorable.

I have recommended certain Recycling devices based on the study of the research data using relevant
instruments and approaches.

The recommendation is as follows:

Quality of Recycling Device: A term used to describe both the individuals who work for a company or
organization and the department in charge of handling all employee-related issues. Employees are one of the
most precious resources in any business or organization. Many users comment on the recycled devices “ they
are not as good as the new one”. Some comment the recycle device are very suitable

for poor people.

Complete legal procedures: As a manager, I had to solve several procedures when deploying the gadget. So,
before embarking on any ceremony to get a competitive edge, the firm must handle those factors.

Complete budget: Before implementing a project, the management must have all of the necessary resources.
As a result, the organization must allocate sufficient funds to facilitate project implementation.

Timeline of Activities: The project manager is responsible for managing the ceremonial timetable. The events
should take place in the order of first in, first out.
Reflect on the Value Gain

Learning and performance of the project manager.

Cost management: As the Recycling project manager, I learned how to control the project's costs. Management
is the most crucial aspect of every project, and I have a lot of ideas and approaches for project cost control.

Negotiation skills: As the project manager, I had to speak with a large number of individuals and delegates
about the project.

So I've figured out how to manage stakeholders and create excellent agreements with clients.

As a result, this is a valuable lesson for me.

Communication abilities: The ability to communicate is the most crucial characteristic or attribute of a
manager. When I first started the project, I had limitations in communicating with the customers, but at the
end of it, I had a plethora of approaches and processes for efficiently communicating with the students Risk
management skills: Because every business project involves some risk, the project manager must be capable
of managing risk in the project.

So, as a project manager for the Recycling Project, I learned several lessons about project risk management,
and this quality has allowed me to successfully complete the project and satisfy the project's objectives.

Conclusion
Project management is the process of completing a task within a set time frame. Project management assists
a corporation in effectively completing any assignment within a certain budget of time, money, and other
resources. As the manager of the Recycling device I completed the mission of entering a new market segment
outside of my own nation. So the corporation delegated duty to me, and I assumed full responsibility for
completing the work. So I adopted several strategies and procedures to finish the assignment on schedule. In
this article, I explain the Thadingyut Festival's project management methods and methodologies.
