SUB : Problem’s caused by the vendors occupying the footpath and service road.

Respected Sir ,
We would like to draw your kind attention towards the bottleneck caused by the
vendors on the footpath and service road by occupying them unofficially infront of our shops.
Firstly due to this the front view of our shops are completely blocked . Secondly the
customers are not getting proper and safe access to come to our shops to buy the product.
Thirdly since the footpath & service roads are occupied by them the customers are parking
their vehicles on the main road to come to our shops, which is causing traffic hazards in the
entire B.T. Road area of Sodepur. Fourthly these temporary mobile vans also making the
places unhygienic by throwing food debris all over the place after the business hours. This
results in a breeding fast for the mosquitoes, rodents and flies which carry out harmful
diseases which can lead to health risk. Because of all these reasons our daily business
activities are being hampered which is a big loss for our business and Government revenue.
Therefore , may we request you to look this matter on an urgent basis and take stern
action against these vendors who are utilizing The public places unofficially to make some
extra money by harassing the permanent Licensed and Govt. registered shops and other local
residents of B.T. Road , Sodepur .
