NOTES TO THE RE DEVELOPER (THIS NOTE BELOW THE DASHLINE WILL NOT BE PART OF THE PRINTED WORK PROGRAM TO BE SUBMITTED):
1. The term of the Work Program for Solar Energy Service Contract (SESC) shall be two (2) years
2. The activities in the template Work Program are the minimum activities for pre-development stage of the SESC
3. All activities shall have a corresponding financial commitment and shall be reflected under Year1 and Year 2 depending on the implementation timeline

4. The milestone activities, as annotated by a single asterisk (*) shall be implemented within six (6) months reckoned from the start of the work program and effectivity of the
SESC
5. The asterisks and notation shall not be deleted
6. Except for the milestone activities, the RE Developers have the option to implement other activities at their desired timeline in accordance with their strategies.

7. The Work Program shall be duly signed by the personnel who prepared the document and duly approved by the authorized representative.
8. The minimum financial commitment for the first year of the Work Program shall be PhP500,000.00 in accordance with DO2013-10-0018
