Any client derived cancellation leads to forfeiture of fees paid. Force Majeure: The agreement of the Artist to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate concivions beyond their control, wherein the artist/agency and client will reschedule the show as per mutually decided date Force Majeure does not apply to the event being canceled for wet weather conditions, in which case, the Artist will be paid the full fee.
