ACTIVITY DESIGN ON THE PATHWAY PROJECT AT BADAS NHS THIS SY 2023-2024

I. RATIONALE:

Starting as an annex school in 2009, to its establishment as an independent National High

School in 2010, Badas NHS remains to have low-lying areas that get waterlogged after heavy rain,
and pose inconvenience to teachers and students alike who have to go through mud and water. Our
school entrance also remains unpaved, and with our current focus on sports, clubs, and
collaborative learning, we find the need to develop areas that could host students' outdoor and
creative activities.
To materialize these three projects, we are seeking cement donations from the Badas
community since the school budget can barely support the teachers' needs for school supplies as it
is. We firmly believe that support from the community is pivotal to the success of the school in its
vision to continuously improve itself to better serve its stakeholders.
In return, we will ensure that contributions are properly acknowledged and liquidated, and
that these projects will be properly used and maintained by the school community.

II. OBJECTIVES:

1. Solicit only one cement bag or in-cash donation equivalent to Php 230 per donor in the
community, except for the construction companies nearby who can dump excess mixture
2. Capacitate all faculty and stakeholders to take part in the project
3. Find austerity measures to cut cost
4. Ensure timeliness and transparency in the conduct of this project
