Today’s lesson is all about tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique
or EFT. Tapping is a powerful, clinically proven method to alleviate emotional
suffering and ease psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, phobias,
and PTSD. It is also highly effective for relieving many physical ailments, including

component of many physical symptoms.
Rooted in both Eastern methods of acupoint stimulation and Western
cognitive and exposure therapies, EFT helps our body shift into a relaxed state
of functioning while releasing the stuck energy of old biological patterns. It
effectively neutralizes the underlying emotional issues that manifest as our
physical and psychological symptoms—and often has rapid effects.
While a powerful energy healing technique, EFT’s clinical efficacy is attributed to
its threefold ability to reduce stress, decrease the intensity of emotional trauma,
and rewire our brain’s neurological networks.
In short, EFT makes us feel better
emotionally, which has a profound
effect on our total well-being.
