Beauty of Quran

Throughout the history, the holy book Quran has established its miracle feature in
every era. The discussion over this book continues without any hindrance because it
possesses endless hidden treasures. Various kinds of hermeneutics have been
produced to extract its different dimensions. As far as the beauty of Quran is
concerned, it can be found in several aspects such as ideological, rational, legal,
social, the economy it presents. We aim at proposing a conference which marks
every beautiful aspect of Quran. As this is a series of events to unravel the
unparalleled beauty of Quran, it touches importantly two levels, rational and
emotional. The detail of programs is as follows.

Event Presentation

The Quran has presented a lot of historical events. To understand them clearly we
need comprehensive details. So this program facilitates the audience to be familiar
with those events. And the historical places mentioned in the Quran will be
introduced through documentary show.

 Aesthetic Presentation

As the Quran teaches many ideological issues, it produces an ideal world in our
heart. The ideas of Quran have to be presented in imaginary works so that they can
reach to our heart and thereby to practical level. So this event is to gather fictional
works which unravel the ultimate beauty of Quran.
 The public will be given opportunity for presenting works.
 The call for works will be announced from April 15 to June 15.

Quran Recitation

One of the most attractive aspects of Quran is its recitation itself. Different tradition
of recitation prevails in various parts of the world. As it has its own style of
recitation, all manners which are being kept in the world have to be unclosed for the
enjoyment of people. This session will gather all global Quranic reciters and will
introduce new trends in this regard and will arrange an international competition in
recitation and memorization. Seven manner of recitation will be conducted.
 The registration for competition will start on April 15 and will be closed on
June 10
 The first selection test will be conducted on June 15 and only those who are
selected in this test can participate in the competition.
 The winners will be awarded the amount 1, 00,000, 50,000, 20,000 for each
first, second and third place winners.
 Seven types of recitation will be performed by guest reciters.

Legal Debate

In modern time, many laws proposed by Quran are being challenged. The voice that
they should be replaced by advanced modern law arises all over the globe. In this
regard, a debate on the relevance of Quranic laws in our era deserves most
importance. This session would gather prominent experts of Quranic law and
eminent thinkers of modern law to discuss the subject so that the beauty of Quranic
law could be convinced to mainstream.

Ulumul Quran Seminar

Different disciplines are needed to understand the holy book. They are known as
Ulumul Quran. A lot of books have been written in this field. In this session, the
basic tenets related to these disciplines are to be discussed. Further, as there are
plenty of Quran translations in various languages, their authenticity will be taken
into consideration in this talk. And the authenticity of Israeeli stories which come in
exegesis will be questioned.

Moral Training

In the chapter Furqan, Quran has described the good features of Muslim personality.
They have to be incarnated to our new generation. So the conclave will arrange a
weekly moral campaign to train the participants according to aforementioned
qualities. The participants will be proclaimed as morally integrated team at farewell
session.
Trainer: Sheikh Thathur Saqafi
 The registration for trainees starts on April 15.
 The trainees will be given accommodation and food for ten days and they
would pay fee.
 They would have tight schedule and will regularly participate in every
session.

Quranic Expo

As far the content is concerned, so many worldly things have been mentioned in
Quran. The expo will include the plants, details of countries, rare trees, historical
things which are now in museums such as the body of Faroha, human body parts,
Quran manuscripts and rare animals. And the show of mathematical miracles found
in Quran also will be set.

Academic Session
 The best research paper will be awarded 50,000 rupees.
 The paper will be blind reviewed by experts.

Aesthetic Reading on Quran; Past and Present
Every sacred text has been sustained with an aesthetic reading by its own proponents.
This pursuit promoted the followers to make a creative engagement with the ideology
presented by the text. As a sacred book that has been accepted across the globe, Quran
also was ornamented by aesthetic reading of some scholars. All over the history,
Quranic verses and notions have been subjected to such description. The
epistemological underpinnings of such writings can be traced in the blend of revealed
knowledge and human knowledge of every time.

While Al Gazali like scholar described philosophical aspects of Quranic verses,

Imam Al Razi interpreted them based on rational thinking. By the advent of mystical
aesthetics which were expressed by some sophisticated Sufis such as Ibn Arabi, Sufi
aesthetics was established. Along with making the dogmatic reading of eschatological
factors and moral conducts found in Quranic verses, many works that focused on
aesthetical reading were written. Aesthetical hermeneutics of Quran was the outcome
of this tradition. This academic conference is intended to make an exhaustive
literature review on such works and explore the epistemological integration
accomplished by such reading. We invite scholarly papers on suggested sub themes or
themes related to our main theme.

Virtual Presentation
The very important part of the Quran is the account of eschatological factors such
the paradise, hell and doom’s day. People have just believed in these things without
knowing the reality. If they get to know them through feeling, their belief would be
ascertained. This virtual journey will facilitate such a goal through making their
feeling as reality.
• This program will be available in every day of conference from 3 pm to 4 pm.
• The scene will be set up in Club House 99, Markaz Knowledge City.

Farewell Public Gathering

The conclave will be concluded by a public gathering in which thousands of people
will paricipate. Global muslim leaders and potitians will take part. The gathering
would convince the mass importance of reterning to the beauty of Quran.
