ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I am greatly thankful to Indusind Bank for giving me an opportunity to work on this project
at their Bank. I am thankful to my branch manager [Link] Raval, without whom this
project would not have been completed successfully.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to Prof. Grishma Shitole, Head of the M.B.A., who
gave me the chance to do this project under Indusind Bank.
