Postal and delivery services, family, friends
and by prior appointment only.

This is a lawful notice and a criminal complaint will be made


against trespassers in violation of this notice in their
personal capacity for the sums laid out in the schedule below:

You have been noticed and warned by order of the holder in due course

of the government, including but not limited to local authority,
police, sheriffs, bailiffs, or any other parties acting on behalf
of the government unless they have a crown warrant
and the property owner’s express permission, is:

unlawful trespass.
All rights, powers, privileges and immunities,
whether actual, contingent, or prospective, are reserved
in common law. No consensual power of attorney.
All implied right of access revoked.

The owner reserves the right of entry for:


Emergency services, postal and delivery services,
family, friends, clients or tradesmen by appointment.
