Livpreneur (Trusted Livspace Partner) Operations consultant (Livspace representative)
● Will be point of escalation in case of any conflict/issues
● Will be your point of contact till completion of works

Livspace Studio Partner Orders-
An agreement signed off between customer and Livspace partner. (LP)
Client will negotiate and finalise the prices with LP and make direct payments to LP
LP will be responsible for the end to end work(Design and execution) and OC(LS representative) will monitor
the works done
Payment terms and warranties will be mutually agreed between LP and Cx.(1 year) or Extended
Livspace Orders-
An orders raised on Livspace platform.
Pricing and BOQ will be shared as per Livspace platform
Payment to be made as per Livspace payment terms only
LP will coordinate with the LS product design team and share drawings for approval
Warranties will be issued as per Livspace warranty policy
