I [Link] [[Link] Structures] LICENSED ENGINEER -GHMC , worked in various organizations as a


site engineer , quality control engineer , structural engineer , FREELANCING Works , PREDCR WORKS . I
have both hands-on and office experience in the engineering field, as well as familiarity with drafting
and computer applications.

Advance and Payment


1. We charge Minimum Rs. 3 RS/- Sft .
2. Before commencing of structural design work , We charge 50% .

a. Substructure drawings (UPTO Plinth Beams)will be hand over as per above


Point No.2
b. Before hand over super structure (Beam and Slab) Drawings , We charge
Remaining AMOUNT.

 This above Quotation may vary as per different plans

Site Visits
1 . Client must inform for each site visits before concrete pouring for footings, columns, beams, slabs
2. No extra Charge up to 4 times for Site Visits
3. If site is very far , Food and Accommodation must be borne by the client
4. Pick & Drop for Transportation for site visiting may be provided by the client for each visit.
5. if site visit exceeds 4 times, We charge 1500 Rs/- per visit excluding Point No.4
